How we're structured

• The NSWJA is administered by one full-time employee, the Chief Executive Officer.
• The Chief Executive Officer reports to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors comprises of Riding Directors, the Chief Executive Officer, and several Executive Directors appointed by the Riding Directors.
• Each of the nine regions of NSW has a Riding Director representing the collective views of all members in each region. The representatives work voluntarily for the benefit of jockeys.
• The Executive Directors are appointed to provide guidance in specialist areas such as legal, strategy, health and safety and welfare.
